Effective January 1, 2026, the RES Sustainability Program defines our standards for new construction planning, material reuse, documented disposal, and progress tracking. Phased across new builds and waste management through 2026, the initiative relies on monthly reviews and quarterly milestones to ensure consistent execution across every project.

Centralized storage, inspection, maintenance, pick-and-pack discipline, and thoughtful deployment extend asset life while reducing avoidable replacement and unnecessary movement.

RES tracks reuse, new construction and disposal through operating records in SharePoint and Syteline. Owners review results monthly, with quarterly milestones and year-end standards used to strengthen the program.
