FEATURED STORY //

Parsons

Bringing order to a mission-critical program

Parsons_isolated.png

THE INITIAL BRIEF //

Parsons required an elevated brand presence and tighter operational control across a complex, multi-event exhibit program.

THE CHALLENGE //

Inherited exhibit assets lacked reliable inventory records and condition tracking. With multiple business units and technical capabilities on display across different events, the primary challenge was presenting a unified Parsons brand without rebuilding custom environments for every show.

THE RES RESPONSE //

RES restructured the program around strict asset management, standardized visual guidelines, and flexible, technology-enabled storytelling environments.

  • Asset Management & Inventory Control: Established comprehensive inventory records, routine condition tracking, and standardized workflows.

  • Modular Architecture: Engineered scalable frame components that adapt to varying booth footprints without compromising structural integrity or brand standards.

  • AV & Pre-Assembly Verification: Integrated digital media and concealed power/data cabling into structural walls, and 100% pre-staging prior to shipment.

THE RESULT //

At the 2026 Space Symposium, the environment maintained high structural quality, supported consistent foot traffic, and provided dedicated spaces for high-value executive conversations throughout the event.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT //

The standardized exhibit platform now serves as a reusable foundation across Parsons' space and defense event schedule, reducing ongoing fabrication costs while maintaining brand consistency.
