Our foundation is built upon over 40 years of combined operational experience within the industry.
Our founder, Vince Leonardo, launched RES (Rochester Exhibit Services), directly leveraging his extensive background managing the demanding in-house tradeshow department at Bausch & Lomb, one of the world's largest suppliers of eye health products.

That deep, foundational experience, honed guiding Bausch & Lomb and other global, Fortune 500 organizations, immediately established a culture of unwavering standards, emphasizing planning precision and client efficiency. This history of dependable execution is the bedrock of our business today, giving us the unique expertise to guide complex programs toward measurable transformation and successful outcomes.
