Dave Cleere
Project Manager - VP Project Management
David truly understands what it takes to create a top-quality product. He started his exhibit industry career over twenty-nine years ago at Giltspur Exhibits as a Carpenters Apprentice, earning his Journeyman’s status and spending several years producing custom exhibits. During his career, he earned a promotion to Senior Project Manager, which included the direct responsibility of all phases of project management, estimating, engineering, show services, production, and warehousing. David has spent the last twenty years at RES Exhibit Services overseeing all operations and instilling a “client first” mentality to all team members within the department.
Jim Leonardo
CEO
In addition to our extensive staff, Jim Leonardo, CEO, is the Executive Sponsor with General Dynamics Land Systems. He is an active contributor in quarterly reviews, show floor oversight and checks in regularly to ensure we are elevating your brand experience by ensuring that everything we do centers on meeting and exceeding the needs of General Dynamics Land Systems. For nearly 25 years, Jim worked hand-in-hand with his father Vince to manage and execute client trade shows and exhibit programs, both internationally and domestically. Jim manages and guides RES’ overall company direction, working in conjunction with his key management staff to ensure a cutting-edge product at a cost-effective price. Jim is all about results and is very active and visible in the day-to-day account operations to maximize client success and satisfaction.
Nathan Baca
Client Services Manager
Nathan has extensive client services and project management background. He comes with 6+ years of experience in bringing Fortune 100-500 Brands and partnerships to life through experiential events and marketing. He has led initiatives and achieved solutions for a variety of clients such as Toyota, Hyundai, Ingersoll Rand, Lockheed Martin, Collins Aerospace, and GlaxoSmithKline. His portfolio varies from permanent installations to Pop-Up Brand Experiences, trade shows to auto shows, & social media to lead generation campaigns. Nathan provides turn-key account management and leadership from design to estimating, production to logistics. He offers value through his unique perspective and blend of knowledge having worked in both client services and operations.
Jason Debski
Dedicated Project Manager
Jason is a 20-year operations veteran who partners with automotive, defense and aerospace companies to develop numerous promotional and experiential marketing events for nationally recognized clients within the automotive, aviation, luxury, and entertainment industry. Jason uses his exceptional project management skills to coordinate with multiple suppliers and develop partnerships to enhance our corporate offerings at minimal risk while maximizing savings for our customers. He is a frequently sought out project manager by customers due to his complete and through execution of events.
Marry Ellen Nixon
Account Lead - VP Client Services
Your assigned executive has more than fifteen years of experience leading major accounts within the defense industry and delights customers at every stage of the customer experience. She is a driven and passionate leader of the client services team that works cooperatively with her clients and their internal stakeholders to provide balanced and well thought out recommendations. She has extensive experience with multi-brand and multidivisional organizations, coordinating efforts of several Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin, Textron Systems, Oshkosh Defense, Collins Aerospace. Clients consistently rate Mary Ellen as one of RES’ best assets and often comment that, “Nothing gets by her!” She will work in partnership with you to build your account team, provide you with in-depth technical knowledge and collaborative leadership. During our onboarding process, we will learn your team’s preferences and develop and assign work to exceed those expectations. Our account teams meet at minimum weekly to ensure we deliver value and predict or correct any potential challenge. Mary Ellen holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Nazareth College.
