Our secure, climate-controlled warehouse facilities are wholly-owned and operated by RES. By owning our own facilities, we are able to offer extremely flexible rates and storage costs. We maintain photographic inventory binders for all clients, and utilize a computerized inventory management system to handle client exhibit properties, equipment and products.
Exhibit properties are not the only inventory concern of tradeshow managers. Management of graphic inventories is just as important. Our graphic management process is based on the requirements of each individual client and designed to ensure that graphic inventories are produced, cataloged and communicated effectively to our clients in both written and photographic format.
Once your graphic has been produced, it is assigned a numerical reference for cataloging. Each graphic is then digitally photographed, electronic elevations are posted on our secure website, and color hard copies are added to your client photo binder with detail information such as size, type, production method, last use and condition. Upon return from a show or event, graphics are inspected and re-inventoried allowing for ease of retrieval.
